Drying Towels?

Ok another newbie question, but I'm concerned about what you guys use to dry the car with? I currently use " the absorber" drying towel and It does a good job, but a friend of mine was telling me that they are really bad for holding dirt in and will scratch the paint all up. So what would you guys recommend to dry the car off with?
 
Tricot FPZ weave is my preferance, 300, 000 fibres per inch

Waffle weave is damn good too.
 
After the discount that Ranney offers the WW is 12.50! What a deal! I dried my entire 2002 Honda Odyssey with just one towel. I then used a second to touch up some of the drips from mirrors and trim. They always wash perfectly clean in the washing machine, I just fluff air dry them. Go with the Pakshack you will not be dissapointed.
 
The absorber does soak up a lot of water. Maybe just repurpose it for glass or wheels if you're going to waffle weave. And always aim to blot.



The dry with water technique and Pakshak's Waffle Weave is for me.:cool:

Steve, seeing as you've got both brands of WW as myself, has your 'Sonus Der Wunder' got better with age? I don't find it absorbs quite as well as the PakShak WW.
 
thanks guys I'll check it out and pick one up. I gotta round up all the products since I'm getting the car back out for the year in a couple weeks, thanks for the help
