Dragon Fibre Power Scrubber cloth and application pads.

Anybody on here use these? They came with my Menzerna Get Acquainted kit and as soon as I saw/felt them I thought that there is NO WAY that these rags won't scratch. I tried them in a small area on my car and a CD and sure enough they scratched. I complained to Properautocare and they said they would send me another set of mf rags/pads to replace them. They send the same freaking rags/pads. I try them and they scratch as well. When they said they would send replacement and I said something SOFTER I thought they would send a different rag not the same thing. After talking to them they tell me this is all they sell for applying/removing polish/waxes and that people love them and they sell thousands of them. I find it hard to believe anybody is using these rags and not scratching their paint. Has anybody tried/like these?

Who sells good soft mf applicator pads?

I have no idea what this is.

I have many of the freebie MF applicators from Classic...they're great. I've given them away and the people love them. I wonder if they've changed vendors?

I bought the Menz Kit as well and used the scrubber for the first time on a stubborn water spot on a friend's car (with AIO). It took two passes but got it right out.

As far as the cd test, I think that it is an inaccurate gauge. We're talking about two totally different solids and cd's scratch VERY easily.

If you're using something like IP don't you want a pad with some bite? I wouldn't use it to wash my car, apply an LSP or to QD it, but I would use it for bugs or water spots...

BTW, Ranney at PakShak has MF applicators that I know of...

Yellow Appl Pads and Dragon Fibre Perfect Shine Buffing Cloths from CMA last week. Haven't used them yet but performed my CD test. Sprayed some Meguiar's FI and rubbed 25 times in a circular motion with the pads and 25 times with the mf and did NOT get any surface marring on the CD under halogen lighting. The Perfect Shine MF's are way better than the older ones. No dusting issues, borderless and are thicker.

You may want to trade your Power Scrubbers in for the Perfect Shine.

That is what I was looking to do but they said the towels you have are only for cleaning interiors and would not hold up to removing FPII.
