DP Max Wax IS Souveran!!!

haven't hear much about this for a while. How does the DP spray wax compare to the Optimum?

And is the MAx WAx really Paste Glaz? lol

I'd be surprised if there isn't at least a little re branding going around in the detailing world.

lol. I agree. I am alwyas in search of something that will make my Silver look amazing. So far, AIO and S100 seem to be my favorite, but I am going to try VM/RMG/YCW/CMW later this week. So, Max Wax may be an option... What do you think?

I've got PG, Souveran and Max Wax.

All feel nice to apply and remove.

All look nice, but Souveran is definitely king of the hill.

Max Wax smells the best.

I don't believe Souveran = Max Wax.

Are there similarities in composition and manufacturing? I'd bet on it.

There is a thread about this somewhere in this forum. Both work very well, OCW is much easier to use.

How does the Max Wax compare to the Paste Glaze? Worth the money, or should I stuck with my S100 for Silver?

I'm a Souveran user for the last few years but have heard a lot about Natty Blue and is next on my list to try. How would you compare Souveran to Natty?

Natty's Blue is a great wax. It's not as easy to use as Souveran, and the smell can get annoying after a little while. Not quite on the same level as Souveran, but a great wax nonetheless.

Having used both side by side I can say no they are not. However the difference between the two seemed so minute to the point that I will order more MaxWax long before I consider getting the souveran. Still want to compare the max wax to PS21 now and see how that holds up.

I have, and it seems that max wax brings out more flakes than P21S 100%. Both are easy on easy off, but max smells better.

This reminds me of how, a few years ago (about the time of this thread), I heard from a seemingly *VERY* reputable source that P21s was the same as Souveran with only minor, insignificant diffs (scent, packaging, etc.).

So...I ordered some P21s, appreciated the savings, and applied it to the Jag. [Insert loud expletive here] It didn't look anything at all like Souveran on that paint and I was sorely disappointed. That jar of P21s has been sitting in one of my disgraced-products boxes ever since; if I want that sort of look I'd rather use #16 or 845.
