Dollar shave club

Yep. I've been a subscriber for about 6 months now and highly recommend it. I use the 4x blades and the shave butter. 10/10

I used to be a member but I didn't care for the blades. Even the top of the line one they had was grabby for me. It was very convenient though while I had it.

I'm a big fan of Dorco. Awesome prices on a razor that's IMO better than any of the Gilette or Schick offerings.

For shaving cream, I use Taylor of Old Bond Street with a badger brush. Currently using the Grapefruit and LOVE IT, didn't much care for the Sandalwood. Trying the Almond next time.

I use an oldschool double edge. You can get a pack of blades for about $5 for 10 that last a good while. They last me especially long because of my beard, there's not much to shave.

I switch to double edge about 6 months ago, mainly to save && buying the multi-blades, ive dropped lots of cash on brushes, soap, aftershaves, and razors, ect. Its like when I started detailing all over again, I want try everything! Now is a great time for "traditional" shavers, a lot of artisans making really great shave products.

If I shave regularly, no more than a 3 day beard, I use a Bic twin blade disposable. Nothing fancy here. For when I get lazy, more than 4 day beard, I have my dad's old Shick Injector single blade. With that I don't have a problem scraping off a weeks growth and not have to worry about it clogging. Local drug store carries the blades.

Shaving butter they have rocks, and it lasts a long time. I have to order a new shaver though, mine stopped detaching the blades. So im forced to break the blades off. I have the white 4x as well.

I can shave with a 2 cent bic and it doesn't bother my skin. Not sure if that is something to brag on or be ashamed of ...

This is my new motto.

I looked into the dollar shave club but the two blade pivot head Gillette from BJ's for like $0.54 a pop you can't go wrong. They will last a month and then you throw them away. No subscription no shipping no running out.

Certainly the way to go for shaving.

But you only shave once a month........... :rockon

I like Harry's Razor. Quality product. The blades are a good price when you buy several boxes. I have a light beard so I don't go through blades like some guys.

Yes, this may be true for you, mi amigo, but I have never been able to get any blade to last a month on my beard..

I'm only good for a few days and I take care to clean it and spray some Norelco spray cleaner with a little light oil in it to help keep it from rusting, and I still can't go very long on a blade..

I know for sure, some blades are sharper than others, and you can never be sure which ones you are getting that day..

You are blessed and lucky to get that long on a blade...
