Does RMG have any swirl removal capabilities

When applied by machine (PC), does RMG have and swirl removal capabilities. Or does it simply hide them? I'm looking to test it out for the first time on a show car that has very very little swirls.
 
RMG has VERY light abrasives in it. I wouldn't expect it to take out anything but the lightest of swirl marks though. Use a dedicated finishing polish instead.

Pad choice can help but like both have said, RMG is very mild.
