New users may not be familiar with the proper way to use search terms but they may navigate the site for a while before posting. I think the sticky idea is a good one, kind of a middle of the road thing. You are 100% correct though, if the search function was utilized, there'd be much less redundancy.

Agreed. But what Forum Search functions actually gets used?:p

:think2I see new ONR threads all the time. Some of the info is new, but rarely. I was just wondering if all the info was in one place and easier to find if that would help those new to ONR in their endeavor to try rinseless washing. So what do you think?

Does ONR Need Its Own Forum Section?:2thumbs:

And, just an idea, pin Scottwax's washing with ONR and ONR wheel cleaning videos at the top. Just a thought...

I am letting everyone know that is guy is a troll. I have been trying to sell stuff in the good deals section and every time I post a thread he gets in there and posts harassing messages. Any clients or potential clients of this guy needs to watch out, he is not a nice guy and I would not recommend him for anything by his behavior displayed on this board. Unfortunately this is the length I have to go to to make him stop what he is doing.

Go to Opt forums. Optimum can pay sponsor dues.

Create a SEARCH sticky.

I'm just sayin'.

THIS.

Too many new threads...search, read and if needed post in relevant ones.

One of the audio forums has a pretty cool feature, if 3 or more members click on the dumb question button in the thread, it goes to the dumb question forum automatically, and if there are people feeling generous they answer questions in that forum. Otherwise, the OP is left searching.

That said, this forum is really pretty decent. One of the car forums I'm on is full of total retards asking the same questions over and over, its like groundhog day.

What an idiot you are!

What are you, 13 years old? Do your parents know that you are playing on the internet?

I think a sticky in the Eco friendly forum would be sufficient. Part of the appeal of rinseless washes is the minimal environmental impact it has.

Personally speaking I don`t think you can get a simpler foolproof product to use and only needs a sticky in the Eco section as Scott has previously mentioned.
