does clear bra get swirled up easily?

Not really. It can get scuffs but it works quite well. Unfortunately after about two years the clear bra on my bumper does not look too hot. I would definitely get it again.
 
It does not get swirled up easily, BUT if an inexperienced polisher creates heavy swirls in the bra, they can be impossible to remove.
 
I've had my clear bra on my Z06 for 2 years, still looks great besides a few hits it's taken on the highway and track.



I've never machine polished it just zaino, still looks and acts new, no swirls. Just keep the clay bar away from the edges, and never use goo gone on it. (learned my lesson the hard way) after some deep embedded melted rubber, I got it out, but it looks like it ate a small layer away.

Also don't try to clean stubborn spots with Acetone. (don't ask!)
