Does CG have a version of Megs MF pads??

From presentation by Jason Rose at Meguiars on the new system, the primary purpose was to make production paint work as easy to do as possible with minimum skill person (someone could learn within an hour, not years). This means no rotary with minimal need for judgment on breakdown, pressure, and minimum steps (max brain limit is two).

The fact they just have a two step system where the second step is a finishing polish/wax clearly shows this is intended for production work and not directly aimed at enthusiasts (usually crossover but not a complete solution). Now, if the world is going to move to microfiber pads, then companies like Optimum have a major opportunity to fill a gap that Meguairs may never really go after in the enthusiast market by adapting their polishes to the new mf pads just as the world did with foam.

Hey, my only points were that 1. MF pads are great, they do the work of wool and foam in one step. I haven't found a better pad and they work with a variety of products. 2. I think these products are the future, not just for volume shops but weekend guys, and the guy that just wants to maintain his car.

That said, it's natural for other companies that want a piece of the pie to come up with their own version. We saw that after M105 came out, sure it wasn't perfect and had a revision, but the product changed the polish biz and now they're several polishes that are equal or better. I like having choices, I like trying new products and comparing. I'm just hoping someone will get some CG pads and compare them and post results here.
