Does BFWD dust for you?

The video posted is the one I made today and I can assure you that it was not applied to thick.

How long did you wait before buffing off? If you are going to let haze, you need to wait at least 45 minutes. I'm just saying that I have never had a dusting problem and I am on my second bottle.

No big deal, as long as it works well then I can live with the dusting. I just made the video to show how much dusting I get, not to argue if it dusts for everyone or not ;)

On another note, does anyone think it smells like a strong perfume after it has been applied and you're waiting to wipe it off? I was waiting for my wife to come home and ask who I have been with :rofl:

LOL - Nice Dwayne! What kind of woman are you shacking up with? :biggrin:

I though it smelled petrol like when putting my nose in the bottle but it's not a strong smell like some sealants. Once it's out of the bottle it does seem to have some kind of a scent.
 
I'm on my second bottle of BFWD, I don't know how many times of used it but my guess is somewhere in the Luster neighborhood (over 50).

I've never had any dusting at all.

I apply it with my G110, speed setting 3 and a Megs 9006 pad. I do my entire car before removal and like I said, no dusting.

I have asked Jack in the past about why they don't have a nice smelling product like so many others on the market today, and his response was "to keep the costs down". That is good enough for me. I would rather pay less for the product and not have a certain scent, then to pay more and want to drink it....:biggrin:
 
Throw my :2 cents: for no dusting issues either. Bad batch / MF lint??

Although I immediately remove BFWD after applying, you'd think that the probability of dusting to occur the longer you leave it on. The oils dissapate leaving more solids on the surface.

That makes sense to me. I applied a fresh coat of BFWD to my hood. As before, I gave it 45 minutes to set up and then removed it. Clearly there is white residue to remove, but my towel had no problem picking it up. If one is using the WOWO method, I doubt one will see any dusting problems.

I'm really curious about all of this.
