Does anyone else hate this time of year?

I have an RC Nitro Truck that is fun to run when there is nothing else to do.

Of course Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 came out and is awesome and Assassins Creed 2 comes out next Tuesday.

I also have an airsoft pistol that is fun to shoot targets with.

Luckily I live down south where it is 77? today... but I hope this gives you other ideas
 
I have always liked the fall. The temperature is cool (but not cold) and the humidity finally goes down (definitely a relief in Kentucky), I can detail w/o breaking a mad sweat, it is now jeans and T-shirt (or sweatshirt some days) season, college football is in full gear (granted UK is only playing so-so), college basket ball is starting to get into gear, it is nice to go backpacking in the mountains with the scenery so nice now and the temperature being more comfortable, and I can also go cycling for miles without sweating by the gallon. I love October and November. Now December, January and February are a different story. While I like snow skiing, I would gladly trade it in for fall weather to continue into the winter.
 
Like BC, I like this time of year for one primary reason... temperature.

We've been in the 50's for the better part of three weeks now and that is amazing temperature when you have to wear a suit to work. I HATE the summer months because there is just NO relief Monday through Friday while I'm in a suit. Especially on days were I am hustling to and from courthouses... by the time I get into Court I'm a sweating mess!

In fact, I prefer all the seasons over summer, for that very reason. I do miss the added sunlight though, that is a problem with winter coming, but look on the bright side, we have about another month or so of shortening days and then they'll start getting longer.
 
I enjoy this time of year? By this time of the year my internal batteries are depleted from doing mostly correction details since April. This time of year I am doing 99% seal ups for the season and the vehicles are being tucked away until the warmth returns

I also like the OP, do not do well sitting still but I get to catch up on projects around the house, have some killer bonfires in the back yard and I switch from beer to red wine this time of year (yumm)? I also find that cigars taste just a wee bit better when I am not sweating bullets?

The difference in my mood from July to January is remarkable.

The weather has been great here for the last week, no rain, mid 50s and sunny for the last week. If our Novembers were always like this I seriously wouldn't mind them!

Once January hits, that is when everyone around here gets really miserable.
 
I know the feeling about the weather by some of you. Today it's in the mid 70's and sunny. I'll try to send some sun up north and some warmer temps too..
 
I hear people say all the time.... Oooohhh, I just LOVE the fall!!!

Not me! Car show and car cruising season is over!!! And ICE season is getting ready to start!!!! :mad: (I'm counting the days until April 1... first car show of the season!!!!):thumbup:
