DODO Juice Wax

I got a email from them a few weeks back and the cost is 32.50 pounds and 10 pounds for shipping total cost around 86.00 dollars! too rich for my blood.

Hello!!

I have used two, the yellow Banana Armour "durable" one, over a solid green car and on a claret coloured metalic BMW both over VM and to be honest nothing special going on there. Durability was there after six weeks, it looked shiny rather then deep. I maintained it with QS, i only applied one coat.

I also tried used light fantasic on silver and a light blue car but there are better options out there, i applied over the pink moose combo. Metalic pop was fair to good, depth was ok. In over cast conditions the car did look "bright" so im sure it played well with the optics of the paint.

At the end of the day they are going to cost $60+ shipping from UK suppliers and these waxes (to me atleast) seem to be somewhere between the Nattys/Max Wa and/Signature II/VIC wax (i have only tried concours) calibre of products.

Some of the waxes can go on by hand if you choose, some people like some do not.

What else can i say? Save your money as a tub of Glasure is $95 and a Vic waxes even cheaper!! You can probably do better then pay $$$$ for a made in Britain badge.

No probs. I think unless you want the extra durability of say the Banana Armor then you will be happier with the Vic waxes. Even more so when you figure in the $$.

Thanks, thats the answer I was looking for!

So Vic waxes are good?

I like the Vic waxes. I found that Concours wont last more then 3 weeks with a single layer on a DD. It worked well over pink moose. Its easy to apply and leaves a deep, wet finish on a range of colours. Metalic pop does seem muted by this product in combo with pink moose.

I think on dark metalic colours its better then PS.
