I am with you guys, I have a new business and I work a p/t job in the evenings. In TN theweather fluctuates enought to get some work in. I have been marketing my *** off. Just recently I went toa 4 story office building that contains 2 groups of real estate developers and made a special flyer and spoke with the building manager.
Well low and behold these people have been responding off the hook, so now I know that where my market will be. I have excellent packages put together and a 1 page flyer that makes it easy to understand. I still have a lot of difficulty being new with my current equipment to meet the $30-35/hour.
Tomorrow with the poor weather I am targeting Lawyer's offices, Office parks, real estate agents, and large downtown business. It is all about the law of averages and pounding the pavement. I think March will reap rewards, then maybe I can get an indoor garage.
