Do I have issues?
Looks like I am going to have to show him what removing swirls looks like verse just filling them. My bet is that it will be back over at my place in a few weeks.
So, how well do you know these people? Are they good neighbors?
This situation is a bit delicate. One the one hand he is pleased with his purchasing prowess and she will be pleased with such a nice gift - don't want to rain on the parade!
The car does need correction but how to approach the subject? You can't do a demo spot somewhere obvious 'cause then the whole thing needs to be done right away. Perhaps the lower rear bumper area but then comes the money shot - are you going to finish the job? Free or what cost? Or will you volunteer your time to tutor him if he purchases his own equipment/supplies?
Touchy one you got there...

You'll catch more flies with honey than with vinegar
I told him to drive the car around for a couple weeks and let me have it. Take a look at the "Looking back on 2009" thread, the Hummer, the Camaro, and the Porsche belong to him. So he knows what I can do.
Plus I want to see it in the direct sunlight to check for holograms.
Now that's the kind of neighbor to have!
Be sure to post pics when you're done with the MB.
