Disclaimers Recommendations Anyone ?

Just make it clear and exact, hell even use plain language so everyone knows the terms. If you end up in a legal situation over your service, the courts look at contracts as they are; they won't discredit you because you didn't pay a lawyer $400 to write you five paragraphs of legal jargon.

Cany anyone reccomend any type of disclaimer to put on service agreements/receipts? Thanks.

What is it that you're worried about to need one?

The only disclaimer I have on mine is "If you like our work, please tell everyone you know. If you don't, please tell us first!"

Not worried, Just "CYA" conscious. SHould the car get dammaged to a wreckless driver driving through the parking lot or a street or anty other case that would release liability, if needed
