Disappointed when ordering ClearKote

Disappointed when placing my order with ClearKote



I placed an order online with ClearKote on Wednesday, March 31, 2004 and forgot to print my order from the computer. At first I did not worry because I thought ClearKote would send an email confirming my order as the other car product company do. I also thought they would ship via of UPS and send a tracking number.



None of the above happened. I have not heard from ClearKote even after calling several times and leaving my name and number. Each time I call I only get the answering service. I fell this is not very good customer services.



I am wondering if any other Autopian's received this treatment from ClearKote.



I am very disappointed with this comapny.
 
Bigguy, I have placed several orders with Mr. Glass. Never had any problems. I assume you ordered from clearkote.net.
 
I'm sure waiting an extra day or two will not be a big deal after you try the product.



OTOH, if you needed instant delivery, you could have tried Ranney @ pakshak.com
 
I have also ordered from Everett. No problems. He just doesn't use email confirmation. As NozeBleedSpeed said I'd give a day or two.

I am glad you posted the telephone number, because when I called the information number from the online site I was given a cell number to call but could not understand what the person was stating as the cell number to call. The recording is breaking up. I understood or guest the person was saying 918-284-0003. Again thanks for the correct number.



I have since call the number you listed and spoke to the answering service for that number and left a message for Everret to call me.
 
I agree that Everett is a great guy, he just can be hard to get hold of since he is always on the road this time of year. Most of his sales come from car shows so that is where he is. Let him know his message isn't clear enough to hear the number so he can remedy that situation.



Like Tom said, you can also order through Ranney.
 
There's an Autopian who lives in Atlanta that stocks some Clearkote products. I ordered from him last year myself. Could probably arrange to pick up products from him with no shipping costs. His user name is Coex-Pilot

Ranney sells both Cleakrote and Poorboys products...in addition to his most excellent towels. :)
