Difference between PC7424 and Meguiars G100??

Ya the new version i guess is coming out in september, but i read that whoever has bought the UDM and register it, they will send out the retro fit for free once available. This is what I read. But reading the posts between the PC and the UDM, I mean ya the UDM is a bit more expensive, but the advantages might just be worth it. that is just my .02. I have never bought either before so i reallt have no idea.
 
This is what i have read in a post:

The UDM seems to run more smoothly (less vibration, noise and seems to glide across the paint easier) that the PC.

I also have read that it is more powerfull.
 
I own a UDM and overall love it. Very Very good power. Very difficult to bog it down. Correction abilities seem excellent, though I cannot compare to PC because I have never owned one. To me the vibrations aren't bad and you quickly get used to them and completely forget about it. I two-step polished my whole car and I didn't even think twice that this thing is vibrating. If you don't yet have a PC, I highly recommend the UDM.



The power switch is a small issue and will be fixed for free in September when it is released.

but for someone thats never used a PC or anything more power might not be good ;) does the udm have more potential of causing damage to the paint vs a pc for a newb like myself?
