Is this the system you are referring to Water Filter,Water Softner,Spot Free Water Filter,Filters,Water Softener Systems,Filtered Water System? It sounds more like a water purification unit that also removes hard water minerals.



How good is it at leaving the water on a car in the sun and not spotting?



The unit called 1000 what is the yield based on PPM coming into the unit? 200ppm?



So the recharging only costs about 5$ and the recharging media can be reused?

Yea that is it. It is definitely a water softener. All I know is that the water I run through it is very hard. The water that comes out is very soft. This is all verified with water hardness test strips.

I'm glad I gave up my CRS for using my soft water from inside.

Eh..I still run the CRS for some things even though the garage water is softened. Not for *every* wash though.
