Low shipping charges? You mean NO shipping charges! :) You local carquest should have DGAW.
 
I used to use AW a lot, but with trying new waxes - I've let my bottle collect dust. I guess once I settle on the LSP I like, then I'll go back to using AW after every other wash. It is a great product, and comes in handy if you just clean the front end after the kamakazee bug attack.
 
If they carry DG, then they should be able to get AW for you. My local Carquest carries DG, but they didn't have AW. I wanted to try it, so I asked them to order it for me. I had it the next day. If they carry the brand, they should be able to get the entire line for you. Just ask.

The VERY few places that even carry the DG line does not anymore. When they did it was not many products.
 
It amazes me how people spend a fortune on waxes and whatever...I use Optimum Poliseal twice a year...Wash with DG 901 and top with AW every other wash, all for for el cheapo money, and I haven't seen a vehicle yet that looks any better than mine...Maybe I'm not looking hard enough....JMHO
 
To me AW gives a great reflective shine. But does not give the deep shine I am after. Again my opinion OID gives the best of both worlds.

No, you're right. We're just OCD and like to try different things. I have no doubt in my mind that your process works.
