Detailing on airpot parking lot, yes or no?

I’m planning to leave my car at an airport parking lot, and they have a service where they can have my car washed with optional detailing of the car. I have swirls marks on my black Cadillac CTS and I was wondering if this is worth the try. I think they have their own carwash that they do the washing and detailing.
