Detailing Invoice Form

Do any of the forum members who are professional detailers have a sample "go by" invoice that I could take a look at. I am trying to set one up in Word or Excel but I can't seem to find a template.

Thank you but I have those. When I tried to tweak the Invoice it does not completely print the document and prints on two pages :(
 
Try making adjustments (in text, content, etc) to the document titled Vehicle Receive. If i wasn't invoicing through Quickbooks, that's the format I'd go with. I just printed one out and had no such issues. :nixweiss
