detailing in rain?? carport

which carport canopy are you guys using? I'm looking for something portable and easy to set up yet sturdy enough to withstand seattle rain!! please help me with your suggestions, would 12x12 be large enough you think? also where can I get it at a good price? im seeing a pop up quick shade 12x12 on ebay for $180 shipped
 
12ft x 12ft is not even close to how large you will need to detail under. 12ft wide is fine, but you won't be able to fit anything but the smallest car in 12ft length. I would look for something that is 10-12 x 18-20.
