I have a few clients that want me to detail their older hotrods. Im not sure how to run the buffer on the laquer paint. Looking for some advice on how to make the car look good.
You're going to want to use Meguiars Pro Line on lacquer paint, a lot of their stuff was developed in the old SS days, and the "trade secret oils" are hard to beat. I'd reccomend #80 for polishing, #9 for finishing and #7 for final glazing, all via PC. Top with #16 if you can get a hand on it.
