Detailing DVD???

Does anyone know of a detailing DVD for us new members that show the step by step method to full detailing a car using the up-to-date products discussed in the furum. There is no substitute to actuallt seeing how much product to use etc?
 
I think Mike Phillips at Meguiar's has made one. If not through the Meg's website, it may be available through his own website. Check the Meg's forums.

well, the meguiar's videos all feature purely meguiar's products.....
 
mike phillips has one on his site. and even if it shows how to use on meg's products it should be the same basic principle when used on other products.

Yes, that's the Mike Phillips DVD other people mentioned. It is also available a few bucks cheaper at AutoDetailingSolutions.com.



I have the video as well and it's great! Yes, he does use all Meguiar's products, but the technique is the same no matter what brand of products you're using. I wouldn't call it a "detailing video" though. The only thing Mike really covers in the video is paint polishing and sealing/waxing. IMO that's pretty much the hardest part. The video is 2+ hrs. so you know there's a lot of information in it.
 
I think the Megs video by Mike Phillips is great. It shows hands on use of the Porter Cable. After using the PC all this time I still picked up some great tips.
 
I'm currently working on a whole series of them

Virtually all the brands mentioned on here are being used
