Detailing and Cardio Excersize.....

Luster

COMPULSIVELY ANAL
I absolutely hate to excersize just for the sake of excersize.

BUT..... I just love clean cars, and I have 5 of them. (me, wife, 3 teenage sons)...

Because we drive all of our cars every day, I always have a car to wash, clean, vacuum, dress, wax, QD, etc. And I truly love doing it.

My last visit to the Doc, he said... "Your heart rate is very strong, do you work out?"....

I replied... "You bet! I detail cars 5 days a week!"

Doc... (no comment) ;) ;) ;)

Great excersize and great results...........

I sure sweat alot...I'm one that likes to workout...have been since my 20's...I bicycle race in the summer months when I have time....I do agree that detailing is hard exerisize thought

I used to work out all the time. Weights, running, biking, swimming. I used to do triathalons 20 years ago...

My problem was that I did too much and got BURNED OUT!!!

I tried to start a thread a coupla months ago on detailing exercise tips, but no one responded except one or two people. I'd like to know about warm up exercises.
I've lost 20-25lbs since starting to detail mostly f/t in the spring, which means I'm starting to get close to overweight. I like the sweat technique.
