I have been lurking Autopia for a long time. I love the before/after section. Now I must use an account to post. Not just to learn, but to benefit you and my company.
I work for the #1 broker firm in the north state. I am currently looking for a new detailer.
Would you be interested in having a rent-free space to take care of your customers and new/used dealer cars? We have a small inventory. You detail inventory/consignment, and prepare new cars for delivery. You get paid wholesale for work on our cars. We would pay for your materials (wax/polish/leatherique/whatever) in addition to the free rent. Any outside customers you have, you take 100% of the profit up to $2500, above that we get a small kick. It's a good space, in a large garage. We have a small lot with a killer reputation.
