Detailer in Tracy or surrounding area

Came back from Memorial weekend, found some dripping white residues on my black hood. Washed it off but it seems to have etched into the clear coat causing spotty haze. Would like to find a detail shop, mobile or fix location, that would be able to help me correct the problem. Not very noticeable from far away but looking directly at it, you can tell there are spots all over the driver portion of the hood.
