Detailed the Cobra

Well I just gotta say this is one of the most useful websites around. I've found so much info about detailing I think I've become addicted! Thanks to everyone who's contributed.

This past weekend I decided to do a full paint detail on my 2003 Mustang Cobra. I had some pesky water spots and a lot of little swirl marks I wanted to get rid of. The results turned out great! Here's what I did:

-Dawn wash

-ClayMagic claybar (this didn't remove the water spots but did pull off a lot of "invisible" tar and dirt)

-Klasse AIO (2 passes, good bye waterspots!)

-Klasse SG (3 layers with a 24 wait between each coat)

-S100 as a topper

Here's a few pics. (Note: these were taken after the 2nd coat of SG.)

Yeah, svtperformance is where I heard about Autopia. One of the best places for SVT info!
