Hey guys, I just got through with my CLK (exterior). It was clayed ans SMRed about 2 months ago, so I applied GEPC (great stuff!) and then 1x of Souveran (also great stuff :D ). The depth of the black is unreal...and this is just in garage lights. I can't wail until tomorrow to get a good look at it. I've posted a few night pics in the gallery. I'll take more in the daytime tomorrow. Let me know what you think.

BTW. The garage is a mess...I'll get around to it :D Also, don't mind the gold minivan in the background, it's definately not Autopia worthy right now. :D

To your car! Do you have any shots of the entire vehicle. That thing is gorgeous, im waiting for them to come out with the new convertable.

The paint looks great too, nice work. :xyxthumbs

Hey Cody, thanks for the kind words. I'll take more pics tomorrow in the daylight. The new convertible looks really sweet. I almost wish I waited for it...but the pillarless hardtop design is pretty cool too. :up

Gotta love that black Merc paint !

500amg,

Looks great Man:xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs

Dang...I need to get filthy rich so I can have nice toys too!

Great job on your car-paint looks liquid! I'll be looking for the outdoor shots.

I have to bow in another post... I just noticed that "pillar-less" design, it looks really nice with the windows down. :up

And, wow, that car has NO swirls. Be careful MB black scratches and swirls very easily.

I LOVE your car, thanks for the extra pics and keep up the good work!

Thanks again for all the compliments. :) Souveran was soooooooo easy to use, I'm probably gonna throw another coat on to see if it gets any better. I just can't believe how much better GEPC + Souveran is on black than Zaino...it's no comparison. The color is so rich and deep and just as reflective. I love it!

500amg,

Once again, beautiful pics of a sweet looking car! :xyxthumbs

I have to agree with you. For dark colors, as long as the car is well polished and prepped, Souveran is such a great wax to use. Wipe on, wipe off and watch the liquid reflections appear :D

I am glad you found Souveran, I know I am.

Keep up the black liquid reflections!

Cheers,

My Black 7 Series
