The Ford Guy
A buddy of mine introduced me to Poorboys products (and this site) recently. So last week I took my Stang over his house for some detailing. Here's what we did:
- Washed
- Clayed (Meguiars Smooth Surface Clay Kit)
- Polished (Poorboy's Polish With Carnauba)
- Sealed (Poorboys EX-P Sealant)
- Let it cure for 24hrs.
- Then waxed it with the Natty's Blue carnauba paste wax
We used a D/A for the last 3 steps.
I must say that I am very impressed. I have used Meguiers, Zymol and Mothers products prior to this. I was just shocked at how much better and deeper my shine was after the Poorboys treatment. Best part is, it's not exspensive...lol.
These pics were taken today. So it has been over a week now and all I have done is take the "quick detailer" and a microfiber towel to it everyday to keep the dirt and bird droppings off. Still looks just as good as the day we did it!
Don't mind my reflection in the pics...lol:
