I recently on Sunday night placed an order with them for some Menzerna Products and a few pads. I am very impressed with how everything went threw. The package was nicely package and shipped super fast! Thanks for a great transaction guys!! I just can't believe how fast it came for ground shipping.

I agree, they just made a small fortune from me and my stuff shipped yesterday and should be here tomorrow. Awesome service if you ask me, plus great deals.
 
I also agree. It is nice to know that some companies have excellent business practices and great customer support (if needed). DI is in my top 5 list of companies I regularly order from.
 
I bought my Flex from DI a couple of years ago and have since placed a few orders with them. George & Greg do a great job, are great to deal with, and ship your stuff quickly. Plus, they're located in NY which is huge. So many of the detailing stores are in FL or CA. It's nice to have something shipped ground and get to me in a day instead of a week. It doesn't hurt that they've been having TONS of sales lately either. The Valentine's day sale is still going on I think (14% off plus $1.99 shipping on orders over $50).



They had their own discussion forums for a while called Detail University but it didn't get much traffic so they shut it down.
 
I placed about 10 or more orders with these guys.. these guys are top notch.. I wish they would have variety just like autogeek.. :) im from jersey and get my order next day with ground shipping..
 
This was my first order threw them. I heard a lot of good things about them. There gonna be getting more of my business real soon.
 
I've only placed a few orders with them but the sale prices are very very competitive and the shipping is usually within 24 hours. Highly recommended. :2thumbs:
 
I agree I have placed several orders from them.It has always been a great experience. Nice fast shipping. Definitely one of my top places to shop.

I ordered through them the other day. Everything went great and shipping was real quick. I wonder if anyone has encountered their website not loading. Sometimes I am browsing their website and it will just stop working. I think my internet is down but I can visit other websites. It happens randomly and sometimes wont load again for 30 minutes.



Well the site isn't loading right now but autopia is, so it must be on their end or something in my settings.

Are you running a Mac?



They've had some compatibility problems with Mac's. Ask me how I know! ;)
 
I shop at AG, PAC, DD, and DI. I got all my Chemical Guys stuff from them, some polishes, pads. +1 for fast shipping to NJ, +1 on great sells, I wonder what will I do if i happen to have a problem, I don't think they have a number i can call. only email?
