Detailed Elegance - 2006 Bentley Continental GT

I will be going back tomorrow to add one more coat of BFWD and some touch up provided the incoming snow storm allows it.

Barry,

That is some Rock Solid work! Love the wheel & Exhaust tip turn around especially.

If I may, I would get some black electrical tape and cover the metal bale on the brush. I did it to mine to avoid a slip and scratch.

I was very happy with the way the Opt. Metal Polish performed on the wheels and tips.
Not sure what you are talking about with the metal bail and brush though.:huh:

Wow! Turned out great as always, Barry. I got to say that I am not a fan the silver outside with a red interior....just looks awkward to me. And the wheels aren't the sharpest. But its still a nice Bentley. Great job!

I was very happy with the way the Opt. Metal Polish performed on the wheels and tips.
Not sure what you are talking about with the metal bail and brush though.:huh:

There is a Metal holder that keeps the bristles in the brush. I am talking about the swissvax style brush. I wrap electrical tape around those to keep them from scratching the surface you are cleaning. Expecially important if you are going into spokes so the side does not rub metal to metal. I also run the tape a wrap or two into the bristles to stiffen them up a bit.

Excellent job in the car. The owner must have been floored.

Have a nice weekend-It is snowing like crazy here this morning. my 10 minute drive to work too over an hour a 5:30AM :banghead:

No that grill was very time consuming. Polishing each one of those honeycombs by hand was not fun, but it sure was worth the effort.
