Detail City Home Page Hacked

Allow me to introduce myself. Tyrell Fuzzard: Detail City Administrator. ;) Nothing happens on DC without me knowing about it. :naughty
 
I was having a really bad yesterday...

My battery in my truck went bad and left me stranded and then Detail City gets hacked.

My girlfriend was a sweetheart and took me and a bunch of packages to the post office. I HAD to leave at about the same time that Detail City got hacked! I wanted to stay at the computer and fix things but I couldn't so I got on the phone with a few people and Fuzz was armed and ready to take out the hacker and restore Detail City before many people even knew that we were hacked.

We are taking steps to avoid being hacked again. An upgrade to the latest version of the forum software is on my list of things to do today.

Thanks Fuzz for making short work of that hacker. Guess he didn't realize who he was messin' with did he?
 
Nuts! I missed the excitement again. :(
You guys are no fun at all.
You axe the spammers, delete the dirty jokes, ban the nasty attitudes, don't allow personal attacks, and the list goes on.
Where is the drama, the controversy, the arguments?

All you people ever talk about is detailing.

I was pretty ticked off yesterday afternoon! I had 5 free mins between projects here at work and figured I would catch up on my DC news ...only to find out that it had been hacked!

You would think people have better things to do w/ their time instead of hacking into a Detailing forum!

Needless to say Thanks to the fuzz and his quick keyboarding/mouse skills the perpetrator was quickly eliminated!! I guess you could say he had been "Fuzz busted"

Trust me you guys didn't miss too much!

I was thinking the same thing......

Sorry to hear about the bad day Dwayne. Hope you get the new forum software up and running with little trouble.
 
Only a newb hacker would choose a detailing site to hack and then get caught. Or it could be that they are very experienced and wanted to get caught as this allows them to know the security.
 
Obviously the hacker did not know who he was dealing with.

I broke a sweat when i walked out my front door this morning if that tells ya anything. Hmmm... , I don't remember putting auburndale anywhere in my profile? Good one fuzz
