Definitions & Acronyms of Prodcuts & Applications

Hey Guys



I've noticed that most of ya use acronyms for the products you use and applications so I figured this thread could be a place to define them for beginners like me.



A few questions to start it off:

What is marring? How does it occur? What can you do to prevent it?

How is swirling formed? What can you do to prevent it?

What are the various numbers when you talk about polishes? like #80 & #22 and what not?
