Given the fact that we can't give out the name, I think you all konw by now that "nerdy" "geeky" place.



In the past, people have complained about their service.



I would like to say, hands down, they are the best place I have shopped (and that's almost everywhere).



All the best products are consistently on sale and monthly coupon codes can be applied to sale items.



Today, I received one bottle of DACP. They included in the package, FOR FREE: 1 Pinnacle terry applicator, 1 Pinnacle foam applicator, 1 sample of Liquid Souveran, 1 sample of Pinnacle Leather Conditioner, 2 303 winshield wiper samples, 1 Eagle One A2Z All Wheel Cleaner and 1 sample of Luster Pad.



Hands down, these guys have been nothing short of stellar in their pricing, customer service, specials and free sample distributions.



Maybe I got these items because I am a frequent customer. Maybe you get them too? No one else does this that I know about.



IMHO, they don't deserve the bum wrap that I have read about in the past.

Wow, that's a lot of free stuff! I have gotten good service as well, though I only ordered from them once. I order the "forum fav" from them and got 2 oz of Pinnacle car wash and 2 oz of Pinnacle vinyl/rubber protectant free with it. Plus, the product arrived in like two days. No complaints.
 
When I want to make a purchase, the first on line site I look at is the "geeks". Have found their company to be one, if not the best. for product, service and price. Also the shipping rates are not out of line.
 
They are ok for me too, as long as I argue with them about shipment costs. Once they asked me for $115USD :eek: and the next time $65USD, and it was delivered to me in 7 days :up
 
I can't complain about them at all. I just won a $100.00 gift certificate from them. :xyxthumbs Ended up getting Klasse SG,Platinum and several stoner's products.

Just curious, why this company wouldn't want exposure on a forum like this. Was it negatively portrayed at one time.

Sorry if this is a dead horse issue, but it looks like I am not the only one curious. Can't do a search on a topic that is asterisked out.

I have decided to give my .02 on this "geek" site. I have to agree with you. I have been buying from there (among others) for a while. I have only received great service and answers to all my questions to application/detailing even when not making a purchase. I rank them up there in service with cma, but they do have one more plus, their price/sales are continuous (deals and more deals). Like I said, I use several sites that treat imo customers right, give large variety and good prices. This is one.
 
Do all these sites use the same template? Just visited "geek" for the first time, and sure enough it looks exactly like many others. I guess it's a Yahoo thing? :confused: Prices and everything seem okay to me, may have to try them out some time. I just wish these places would charge shipping by order weight not order value.

They look alike. I may be incorrect, but what I like about them is that they send out discount coupons (at least several times a year up to 20%) to there customers. This is more than anywhere else that I hear.
