Cyclo Pads

I was wondering if anyone else has problems with removing the cyclo pads. It seems many times even when I'm carefull I remove the velcro from the pad itself. Then when I try to glue the foam back to the velcro it never holds. Gary
 
Yeah, I've had that happen. Seems the velcro *really* holds. If they're being too stubborn, I push something (usually plastic) between the pad and the backing plate to separate the velcro a little before pulling them off.
 
Hey, aren't those pads 4" diameter? I've been trying hard to track down 4" diameter white Lake Country pads; waiting to hear from LC themselves. I have some white pads like this now, I'd like more, and not sure if mine are LC. I'm using these pads for my PC and now, want to have for my rotary.
 
I get my thumb between the pad and backing and carfully pull them apart.



The problem I have is with the yellow pad crumbing around the edges and leaving yellow foam dust all over the car.
 
I personally haven't had a problem removing any of the pads from my Cyclo. You do naturally have to be careful when you initially seperate the pad from the velcro - the same holds true when removing any foam pads from velcro.



Bill - yes they are 4" pads.
