Just a regular guy
It's come to our attention that there have been some customer service issues lately. This March was the second busiest month in Autopia Car Care history, dating back to the stores beginning in 1999 when it was the largest online retailer of premium detailing goods. The combination of Autopia's rapid development & PBMG's other March endevors did reveal some growing pains. We make no excuses. I am spending today and tomorrow at the PBMG office to ensure that these issues are resolved.

A successful company will experience growing pains. The ones that continue to be successful address the issues and learn from them not to repeat them again.

I learned this while working with a company that went from selling 250K a month to 1.5 million a day in 6 years.
 
i experienced the problems you speak and i want to publicly thank you for taking care of my issue. with your hard work an experience i'm sure pbmg will grow to be a top notch company as the company was that you worked with before.
 
I feel this company has always done it's best. Some may know I get a little testy if the customer service is doubted. In the end you guys have always made things right if there ever is a problem.

I had a problem with an order placed lately. And although I understand that things get hetic at times that still doesn't deter me from continuing to order from here at atopia. The fact that you are working to resolve the issues makes me respect this place even more. Thanks:bigups
 
I'm not sure if its something that could be looked into.

I placed and order and tracked its progress.

Using FedEx gets my order by 10 AM. UPS delivers by 2-PM., Since Autopia uses Fed Ex, FedEx needs to step up their game. It took FedEx 17-hrs to go 140 miles to Orlando Distribution Center. The last 140-miles to Michigan from Ohio only took 10-hrs. Its almost like Fla. FedEx. took 2-days, while the MI/Ohio took the driver 1 10-hr day.
 
Received my order yesterday and their is one issue. Called and emailed a few times no answer/reply like usual. Please check your private messages.

I received your PM about your the bottle of Powerlock that was damaged in shipping.

You have been refunded $25 dollars from your previous order. You responded to our offering of giving you a store credit, so we refunded the pay pal account you used.

If you have called us, you have not left a message. I have personally checked the messages to ensure that everybody has been called back, there was no voice message.

The only email we have received from you is to state that our customer service was poor and you wanted the main number, which you already have.

I have responded to your PM, and look forward to discussing this further.
