Customer Service Problems with Autopia-Carcare

it's kinda sad that this thread has had the most activity on the forum over the last 24hrs

I look at this as a good sign, honestly. Autopia-CarCare (and PBMG) is known for outstanding customer service, so when there is a rare complaint it tends to catch the eye of many. It is more a testament to our outstanding reputation then a detriment. That said, we are not perfect and always striving to improve.

It is why I left this thread alone, we are interested in praise but also feedback that helps improve our primary mission, to better serve our customers.

I think it is time to get back to our regularly scheduled programming.

I'm glad to see you say that. I'm apart of other forums (non detailing related) that is owned by a manufacturer or supplier and if anything negative is said about there products and or service they delete or end the thread. A company will only get better by listening to constructive criticism. :autopia:

Very good comments and I'm looking forward to using my new flex (which was shipped at 10:01 this morning :bigups :drool:)

Although my original post was just to get some feedback about customer support, since this is company owned forum, I wondered what would happen. I didn't intend it to be, but my post turned out to be a test of corporate and forum ethics. As GTOBOSS pointed out, many company forums tend to be very sensitive to any criticism, even if it's warranted. Posts like mine would be deleted. From this perspective, the company and forum passed with flying colors. Or in smiley-speak...
