I look at this as a good sign, honestly. Autopia-CarCare (and PBMG) is known for outstanding customer service, so when there is a rare complaint it tends to catch the eye of many. It is more a testament to our outstanding reputation then a detriment. That said, we are not perfect and always striving to improve.
It is why I left this thread alone, we are interested in praise but also feedback that helps improve our primary mission, to better serve our customers.
I think it is time to get back to our regularly scheduled programming.
