Current clay of choice?

Partial to Pinnacle Ultra-Poly clay. Very gentle especially on newer paint.

Same here. Pinnacle makes wonderful clay that works well every time in a variety of temperatures and humidity conditions. I have nothing but compliments for Ultra-Poly.

Another solid trustworthy clay is Adam's.

I used a Meguiar's clay kit today that came with two bars a 'premium' microfiber towel and QD. It was a pretty nice kit. The clay was decent and didn't crumble at all. It stretched nicely.

I noticed this kit comes with two 50 gram bars. Is it recommended to combine them or use them separately?

I've been very happy with Mothers clay. I tried Zaino and thought it had too much of a bubble gum consistency and didn't feel it worked as well as Mothers (and I LOVE every other Zaino product). I also tried Megs clay and found it difficult to used and left residue. I also had a grey fairly high-end brand clay (can't remember the brand) that I also didn't like becuase it left residue and just didn't seem to work as well. I went back to using Mothers and just found it much easier to use and seemed to be more effective than the others. I'm tempted to try clay magic because so many positive comment here, but IMO Mothers is hard to beat.

Riccardo Clay from eshine.ca

It's nice and malleable, can use it with detergent/water solution and it gets the nasties good.
