Cure time for Collinite IW before P21S as a topper?

Any thought from the experts on this? I am doing my semi-annual "cargasm" on my black Caddys. Stripped to the clearcoat, SSR/2, AIO, SG*3, then probably IW topped with P21S. (Yeah, New Jersey will EAT a car finish up.)

Does IW need/have any cure time? After it's applied and buffed off, I mean. I'm also assuming that P21S won't remove any of the IW, since, AFAIK, the P21S doesn't have much in the way of cleaners or abrasives...

Comments would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Personally, I often dont have the option of waiting 24 hours for cure time. Its just too unrealistic. My prefered method in this case would be to apply the P21S using a light mist of QD or distilled water in an attempt to minimize any friction with your previous layer. This also allows you to use less product. I've done it this way and have certainly felt a difference in slickness and it has changed the overall look. As far as affecting the durability of either wax, I have no idea..... hopefully someone else can chime in.

That said, if it was an option, I too would allow the previous layers more time to cure....
