Crystal Seal over BlackIce ?

Here` the plan : (after,decon,wash)
BF Compound & BF polish bad areas
BF GEP body
BlackIce body
My question is can I put the Crystal seal on top of BlackIce or
must I let it cure ??
 
I would wait. Not sure what the cure time for BI is, but it does great on it`s own, so I would wait a day to top it.
 
I third that. black ice and leave it

if that`s not good enough, maybe black ice again next day

use the crystal seal as a topper after the first wash
