Crying over spilled milk and hardened leather!!

I spilled milk on my perforated leather seats (which I think are vinyl coated). I tried to soak up as much milk as I could with a Kleenex but I had to end it there since I was already late for work. The next day the spot where the milk spilled became VERY hard. I used Zymol Leather Cleaner and Z-10 to condition it, but it's still fairly hard. What's the best way to clean and soften this leather up? I really don't wanna buy leatherique or anything like that for a small section in a new car.

Try to heat the car as much as possible (sun or heating system). This will open the pores of the leather and clean it with APC at the correct dilution. Then I would nourish the leather with a conditioner. I use Wolfgang Leather Care Conditioner.
