CR Spotless Resin Replacement

Did some searches on various sites but didn't really find anything. Has anyone come up with an alternate resin that still works in the CR systems? The $215 price for a bulk pack of resin is a killer especially since I just used up the original batch, that came with the unit, in 6 months!!

The $215 bulk pack is 3 refills. You said you got 6 months out of 1. $215/18 months = $11.94 per month. Cheaper is always better, but I don't think $3.00 a week is very expensive.

Damn, 6 months out of one refill would be nice... wish I got that much.
