Coyote to Wolf?

Roush is working a little magic on the 2015 Mustangs. These cars aren't light to begin with, 747 H.P. (over 800 H.P. at the crank) should be just about right. :) 5.0 liters isn't a lot of displacement as a foundation. It will be interesting to see what Roush, Shelby, Saleen and the others do with the new flat plane 5.2's coming out, wondering if forced induction will still be the mindset with these new high winders? It's a great time to watch the H.P. numbers coming out of U.S. cars. I think we have to thank MOPAR for upping the ante.

(EDIT): Guess there is some news as to what Saleen is doing later in this thread.

Eh, I can't help but think that people with insufficient driving skills are gonna be sharing the road with me in cars they can't handle, or else there are gonna be a whole lotta dyno-queen cars being driven around at 2/10ths.

Saleen is running in the same pack as Roush. I have a friend who has ordered one of these. The same color as the one featured. He said he had to sell two Shelby's to buy it. If I understood this correctly (he spoke to my wife) there were only 10 of these to be built with this color. Apparently it is an expensive option as it is a color shift paint. Should have it in the next 60 days.

These little Coyotes seem to really dig boost. Running a couple more pounds of boost to play in the HellCat's neighborhood but starting with a liter less displacement up front. This stuff amazes me.
