I am a fairly capable do-it-yourself detailer however, One aspect of my detailing routine seems to be missing. I have two black vehicles and keep the paint in great shape. The problem is after claying, polishing and sealing, I am left with very tiny white spots where the detailing products have filled in the small chips and nicks. These are mostly on the front edges of the fenders and hood. I routinely use touch-up paint on the larger chips but these are tiny...sand blast size. My regular detailing routine includes claying, polishing (usually DACP then Menzerna final), and zaino. So, what is missing? Do I need to add a step or is there a product that would fill the tiny chips to make them black?
