correction under flourescent lighting

Ryan i think he was saying $400 Can, this was about a year ago and after checking the other links they must be coming down in price. The 8 bulb i think would be over kill. The 4 bulb do look interesting though. I should talk to him at Christmas as i do need a lighting upgrade.

I have noticed that the prices have come down a lot too. They are becoming very popular and most shops/warehouses are switching over to these instead of metal halides.

I've got 2 of the 3 installed (UPS damaged one of them), and it will be a while before I get to use them for detailing as I am doing a major makeover on the garage and there's no room for a car.



They do put out an absolutely brilliant light for sure. When you open the door from the house to the garage, it looks like it is daylight in there. It's not overpowering by any means...just full, natural looking light.



When I get the garage finished, I'll be sure to post up photos and some other details.
 
These special lights you guys are talking about can you just buy the bulb? I found some 5 bulb flourescent lights and some 2 bulb flourescent lights for super cheap so wondering if I can buy them and just replace the bulbs with good ones...THanks
