The secret to understanding CU is to understand their criteria. You may not agree with how they score things (ranking) especially when our favorites score lower but generally I think the raw data is usual valid. The best thing is to decide what is important to you and not just look at the actual ranking. And, products half way down a list are often very good but they try to differentiate between things hard to differentiate...



Camrys are great cars in many practical ways but we do not all want to drive one.

I'll agree with this..hard numbers are hard numbers. I take the scores and the 'recommended' labels with a grain of salt. When they rank items, they weight data differently than you or I might..fun to drive or styling is probably much more lightly weighted than items such as fuel economy or safety. The labels and scores are probably more useful if you think of cars as appliances.
