Confused, what to use on cleaned, COATED leather

I have been researching leather for the past week in anticipation of two detail jobs I have coming up. The cars are 2013 (Porsche) and 2014 (Land Rover) so I'm guessing that they both have coated leather interiors. I have my cleaner (Meguiar's Gold Class Aloe Leather and Vinyl cleaner), but now I need something to treat/seal the leather once it's been cleaned.

With all the reading I've been doing, I learned that coated and uncoated leather is handled differently. It's said that you need to use a sealant on coated leather, because leather conditioners will not penetrate the coating and just smear around on the surface, making the leather shiny and oily.

I was thinking of using 303 Aerospace Protectant or the 303 Fabric Protectant once the leather has been cleaned, but is there something better (I've only got 4 days until the detail).

303 protectant would work well, as would Optimum. I would suggest looking into Meguiars Leather Sealant. Great on coated leather, good durability, and cheap for what it is.

Eh, 99.999% of the time I juse use an Interior QD. Maybe it's because they don't get parked outside much, but my leather interiors (all but one of my vehicles have leather, newest of those is an '01, and most are used *very* hard) are just fine despite virtually zero special attention.

Well, OK...the Tahoe's leather might not be "just fine" but it's OK- it was *terrible* when I got it in 2010 (stiff/stained/cracked/etc.) but after five years it's not getting worse and it's nice and supple; I've conditioned it three times (last time was a few years ago). People said "you'll have to replace that soon" but nope, no more deterioration despite daily year-round dog-hauling.

I don't understand the need to condition/etc. leather all the time...not knocking the practice, just don't see why it's necessary.

I really like optimum protectant plus for coated leather. No grease, no shine. Just a nice smooth matte finish.

LTT LeatherGuard for a high quality guaranteed protection that does not alter the look or feel of the leather - works too!!

I've been researching this as well and there are dozens of opinions on this.

Judy .... Is this product available in the US?

Unfortunately we do not have a distributor as yet in the USA - maybe someone would like to take this on!!
We ship daily to the US and could also do a group buy if there is enough interest

Cheers

And, it was designed just for coated leather--also works on your vinyl so you only need one product for interior dressing. Been using it for 8 years and my leather still looks like new.
