Concrete removal tips needed!

Does anybody have a tip or trick on how to remove dried concrete splatter from the side of a vehicle?

I have successfully used clay for removing dried concrete. Give it a try.

I think I read here once that a weak acid is used for removing cement by cement companies. Maybe vinegar would work. :nixweiss
