i just polishes a black car, and was really looking to do it up nice.

here is some stuff i currently have in my garage:
#83
#80
#9
3m smr
klasse aio/sg
s100
#26

just ordered and on there way:
polish with carnauba
vm
ex-p
upp

some combo's i was considering:

vm/ex-p/s100
vm/upp/s100
pwc/vm/s100
pwc/exp/s100
aio/upp/s100
aio/ex-p/s100

please feel free to make suggestions as i'm just starting out with detailing. i really want to give the vm a try though. feel free to comment on bonding and durabitly, if you tried any of these combos. thanks

S100 After UPP I doubt will give any result. UPP by itself is great. Those are all great combos to work with. I wouldn't do VM after PwC since they are in method the same thing. Do VM EXP S100. Very cool combo right there.

These all do about the same thing, just slightly different degrees of abrasiveness.

klasse aio/sg
s100
#26

The AIO is a great cleaner/polish with some protection left behind.
The SG is thought to be a great sealant. (I haven't used it)
S100 and #26 are both good carnauba waxes.

Another good cleaner/polish that leaves some protection.

vm
ex-p

Haven't used these two

UPP

A great looking, super slick sealant.

vm/ex-p/s100
vm/upp/s100
pwc/vm/s100

aio/upp/s100

Any and all of them should look great if you have removed the swirls and micro scratches first.
IMO, I wouldn't bother with topping the UPP with anything else until you have taken a good look at it after about two coats.
#9/AIO/UPP seems to be my favorite combination.

Note: Read and follow the instructions for the products!
Also, a side benefit of the AIO, UPP, S100. They do not leave white residue on black trim.
