Can i top Colorx with Poorboy's Natty? I'm currently using colorx with turtle ultra...I love the effect. I'm just wondering if I switch to Natty's it would improve clarity and the pop of the paint. BTW, the car's color is gold/metallic beige 01 civic.
ColorX is a great product to prep the paint. It will work by itself, but much better when topped with a carnauba. I personally use Collinite to top my ColorX. I'm positive Natty's Blue will look better than the TWPUG. Don't get me wrong, though. TWPUG is one of the best looking OTC waxes that are sold.
Now...which should I get Natty's or Natty's Blue? I've done a search already and most feedbacks I've read are all regarding Natty's Blue. But according to poorboy's, Natty's Blue is formulated for dark colored cars. My car is light colored. Should I still go for NB or just settle with the original Natty's?
I've used the exact same combo with wonderful results. Color-X topped with nattys blue. The car was an orange color that really had great depth and the metal flake popped!
BTW, this combo lasted approx 4 - 5 months garaged. I just added another coat of Nattys Blue the other day and I couldn't be happier with the ease of use and just how damn nice this stuff looks.
